Shipping Method Cost
Priority Shipping $8.75 per item

All StralaSkincare.com orders are shipped on business days (Monday – Friday, excluding major holidays). Orders shipped via Standard Service are processed and shipped in 1 – 2 business days, depending on product availability. Expedited orders that contain products which are regulated for transport require extra handling and may be shipped the following business day.

PLEASE NOTE:

All purchases are subject to bank authorization prior to processing. Only authorized purchases will be processed and shipped. Cost of shipping may change without prior notice.

Orders shipped to P.O. Boxes are delivered within 6-14 business days. APO/FPO/DPO and U.S. Territories are delivered within 14-21 business days of the order’s ship date. Some locations in Alaska and Hawaii may take up to 14 business days. Overnight and Second Day Service is not available for orders being shipped to P.O. Boxes or APO/FPO/DPO addresses, U.S. Territories, and some locations in Alaska and Hawaii.

If free shipping is available, then it will only apply to orders with a final total price of at least $50.00.

Additional Order Information

Maximum Purchase
You may purchase up to five units of each item. However, products available in small or sample sizes (i.e. 5 mL or less) may be limited to only one (1) unit per household.

Sales Tax
We are required by law to apply sales tax to orders (including shipping & handling) in certain states.

Returns

Return Policy

We’re sorry that you didn’t love your new Stråla products! Each Stråla product goes through a series of quality tests and inspections prior to shipment to ensure our high quality standards are met. We want you to love your experience and are happy to accept returns on new, unopened products within 14 days of receipt. Customers must contact care@stralaskincare.com for a Return Authorization prior to return. You are solely responsible for the costs to ship or deliver your return to us and will not be reimbursed for those costs. Sale or discounted items are not eligible for return. Items returned without Return Authorization will not be accepted and will be returned to sender.

Stråla monitors return activity for abuse and reserves the right to limit returns or exchanges at StralaSkincare.com. All returns are subject to validation and approval at Stråla’s discretion.

If a purchase is made outside of StralaSkincare.com, please visit the retailer where the purchase was made as we are unable to assist with a return or exchange outside of StralaSkincare.com.

Initiate Your Return

To start a new return, you must e-mail us at care@stralaskincare.com for a Return Authorization prior to return. Please include your full name and order number for expedited service.

Once we receive your returned item(s), please allow up to 21 days to process your refund. Refunds are administered to the same form of payment originally used for purchase. Due to varying processing times between payment providers, please note that refunds can take up to 10 business days to show on your account.

Damaged Products

If your package is damaged by the carrier during shipment, save the box and the merchandise and notify us immediately at care@stralaskincare.com. Please include your full name and order number for expedited service.

International Orders

*Currently, StralaSkincare.com only ships domestically within the United States. If you are located outside of the United States and interested in distributing Stråla Skincare internationally, please contact the Stråla team by e-mail at radiate@stralaskincare.com.
